(Please note, no emails please) Requirements * Establish and maintain effective communications with the Client, Architect, Engineers and Subcontractors on assigned project. * Initiate the Cost Control Accounting and reporting procedures in conjunction with the Estimating and Accounting Departments. * Ensure that a project safety program is established and carried out using current OSHA and Megen guidelines. * Initiate and monitor project controls and documentation (daily, weekly and monthly reports, RFI’s, field work orders, minutes and correspondence). * Coordinate pre-construction meetings among Contractors prior to starting work at the site. * Responsible for overall project schedule and milestones and work-ahead schedules. * Review and verify financial aspects of job costs including change orders, applications for payment, contractor and supplier payments, equipment rentals, back charges, etc. * Review all project documents, bulletins, PCOs, bids, time and material tickets, etc., for scope compliance in relation to cost, time, sub mark-up, etc., prior to preparation of change orders. * Monitor and control construction activity on the jobsite on a daily basis and inform Senior Project Manager / Division Director of any potential issues and updates. * Prepare and run all job related meetings (weekly coordination meeting, OACM, etc.), record and prepare meeting minutes and distribute. * Prepare and coordinate closeout activities including as-builts, operation manuals, training and acquisition of Certificate of Occupancy, etc. * Assist the Accounting Department with on time billing and collection of past due accounts. * Responsible for the profitability of assigned project. * Perform additional assignments as directed by the Senior Project Manager, Division Director or the President.
