Job Description:	Estimator needed for busy commercial construction firm. The right candidate will be proficient in all phases of construction estimating including but not limited to: Plan Reading Specification Review Quantitative Take-Offs Bid Posting RFI Process Contract Buy-Outs Firm specializes in construction manufacturing, multiple delivery methods including CM @ Risk, design build, design bid build as well as hard bid. The successful candidate will be able to manage the bid process from start to finish in a timely fashion. Must be familiar with fast and accurate turn around time on all work products. The following skills are a must: Strong Math, Writing, and Communication Skills Ability to Read & Discern Technical Information String Negotiator Candidate must have a proven record of success as well as a positive work history. the ability to manage others is a must.
