Job Description:	Pace Electric is looking for an experienced local Electrical Estimator/ Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the commercial electrical contracting field in the Central Florida area. Key Responsibilities: * Manage commercial projects * Prepare bids and proposals * Work with general contractors, subcontractors, and other estimators * Work with field supervisor to keep projects on schedule and budget Minimum Qualifications & Skills: * 10+ years in the commercial electrical field * Good computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook * Knowledge of ConEst software helpful * Strong management skills * Be able to delegate and prioritize effectively * Be able to communicate efficiently, both orally and written
