Job Description:	BASIC FUNCTION This position will manage HVAC Services for residential homes, commercial facilities including commercial accounts with multiple facilities spread across a large geographical area, nonprofit and public works projects. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop the services offered and ensure that the company delivers on time, within budget, to quality standards, and to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards. • Implements tracking tools and controls to monitor the performance of services to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and HSE standards. • Define resource requirements, team member responsibilities and monitors individual performance and work quality. • Provides technical oversight and coordination as defined within the service scope. • Approves all related expenditures as authorized and manages costs to meet budget commitments. • Contracts and/or coordinates all design and engineering services, equipment procurement, on-site construction and installation services. • Tracks performance of the project against work scope, change orders, budget, schedule, quality requirements and HSE standards. • Maintains project schedule based on construction and installation progress. • Produces status reports for Standard Renewable Energy’s management, project teams, and other project stakeholders. • Assists in the development process with Sales to define scope, technical requirements, schedule, cost estimates and quality standards during the contract development. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Some overnight travel may be required. COMPUTER SKILLS Requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and Access & PowerPoint), scheduling software (e.g. MS Project), internet and e-mail access. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position spends approximately 30% of the time in an office environment. The remaining 70% of the time is spent on the construction or installation site and in the field.
