Job Description:	Senior Estimator able to prepare GC/CM bids and proposals, review specs and drawings, determine scope of work, perform quantity take offs, secure vendor proposals, labor and material costing, budget prep. Strong compurter skills, including Excel and be able to work independently. Our client has been in business since 1945, 60% of work is hard bid, 40% CHFA funded affordable housing. Must have self perform experience in site work, utilities, cponcrete, carpentry and pluming. Good cross section of commercial projects, Our client would like to expand in the CM market. Bonding capacity $100 million, volume in the $50 million bracket
