Job Description:	Chiaramonte Construction Company is a Woman-Owned Business and a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) specializing in new construction and remodeling of commercial and government buildings in the DC area. We have an immediate opening for a construction estimator/procurement manger interested in joining an emerging company and working to bring the company to maximum potential. The successful candidate will possess the following: * Degree in construction management or engineering field preferred * Hands-on experience with On Screen Take-off and Quick-Bid software * Hands-on experience with Timberline software (within PJ module) * Excellent computer skills with company software (MS Office, Adobe) and well developed organization skills using the computer. * Minimum 4 years of construction estimating experience for all 16 Construction Divisions with special consideration for estimating in drywall and rough carpentry * Experience managing, directing and following up with appropriate company personnel, subcontractors and general contractors. * Must be a self-starter capable of accomplishing company and individual goals with little supervision and/or repetitive direction. * Excellent organizational skills and management of multiple tasks. * Excellent decision making skills. * Capable of speaking to suppliers, clients, and owners while understanding the disparate priorities of each party.

Tram Chiaramonte has fifteen years of administrative and management experience developed at the National Institutes of Health and Frank Chiaramonte has twenty two years of construction experience developed at Turner Construction.
