Job Description:	ESTIMATING DEPARTMENT: • Provide ongoing feedback to Management regarding current project bidding schedule and results • Head up estimating department with pertinent schedules, results, General Contractor’s information and scope definitions prior to bid deadlines. Coordinate with Estimators in/out of offices (outsourced at present). This will require ongoing communication with staff support and management. • Excellent communication skills to interact with CCI Management, Various Architects, Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents, Plant Managers and construction management; • Computer skills necessary to use word processing programs, outlook, excel, and other industry estimating software as applies; • Manage assigned activities associated with construction of private and public works projects. • Must be detail oriented & a dedicated team player; able to interact with management on various bidding and sales issues. • Able to multi-task in a challenging highly competitive construction environment. • Proficient in reading drawings/steel detailing, thorough understanding of steel fabrication & erection, code requirements, value-engineering, estimating, etc. Must have knowledge of all CSI codes 1-14 and be able to coordinate bid packages for submission. • Able to prioritize job tasks and prioritize workload
