Job Description:	Innovative real estate services firm is seeking a Senior Project/Construction Manager for a building expansion project at a Client's site in Salt Lake City, UT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Program development * Budget formulation and monitoring * Planning and design development * Project scheduling, development and oversight * Team management and conflict resolution * Contractor, vendor and supplier management and coordination * Customer service * Project implementation oversight * Coordinating delivery of spaces * Facilitating the installation of furniture and IT * Project close out Our company headquarters is located in the Washington, DC, metro area.
