Job Description:	Job Description: The Project Manager performs the following: # Manages and directs all activities related to the project. Oversees operations group and completion of the project. # Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications, on time. # Manages the budgets set forth in our self performed work. # Responsible for owner/public work billings and timeliness of change orders. # Communicates directly with subcontractors to ensure prompt and accurate drawings. # Must have knowledge of commonly used field concepts, practices, procedures and self performed work. As well as knowledge and experience with Federal Construction Guidelines and practices. # Negotiate and communicate with Owners, Government and Public entities and represent Martin Harris Constructions best interest. # Required to develop plans and implementing strategies to complete projects within your regular day to day functions. # Maintain and rely on the pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of this job. Requirements * Project Manager should have a minimum of five years experience in this position as a federal / commercial builder, project costs ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $250,000,000. Persons in this position should be proficient in Expedition, Timberline, Primaver P3, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires a physical lifting capability of 10-50 pounds and requires repetitive hand movements as well as physical dexterity and mobility. * Experience building Federal/Commercial projects. * Design-Build Experience is preferred. * Must be willing to travel full-time based on project needs.
