Job Description:	JMB Construction Inc. has 20+ years experience in installing pipe for water, sewer and storm projects, construction of recycled water plants, construction of pump stations and valve lots and many other types of heavy civil projects for public owners throughout the Greater Bay Area. We are currently seeking a successful candidate for a new position, Project Cost Control Manager. This position will monitor job costs and budgets and review progress with our project managers on a weekly basis. Some travel around the SF Bay Area will be required to visit job sites. This position will work with the Operations Manager and report to the Executive Management Team. Requirements Minimum Requirements-- Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of project supervision in heavy industrial public works projects, superior written and oral communication skills, computer and technology oriented and the desire to assume a leadership role in a growing company. Driving-- Candidate must have valid driver's license and will be provided with a company vehicle. Drug/Background Testing-- JMB tests all new employees for drugs and will contact your references and verify your resume.
