Job Description:	Virtú Residential is seeking a Residential Estimator to perform curbside appraisals of residential properties in Orange County, and to assist with project management, including tenant noticing, construction coordination, marketing, closing transactions, and other tasks as assigned by his or her supervisor. This full-time opportunity is for the fast-paced individual in Orange County that has a minimum of 3-5 years of residential real estate experience in sales, appraisal, inspection, construction estimating, or other related experience. Because of the range of job responsibilities, a compensation package will be based on the candidate’s level of experience. A real estate sales or appraisal license is not required. Requirements: * A clean driving record and ability to spend most of the day outside * A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate * Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face) * Goal-oriented and an ability to multitask well * Superior work ethic * Willingness to work independently and on a team Virtú Investments was formed in 1997 and has purchased distressed or under-performing real estate where it recognizes an opportunity to add value, in cities with a strong demand for housing.
