Job Description:	This person will report directly to the President and will be supervising at least 3 people. Background with design/build projects a plus. Good computer skills. Estimating expertise requires ranges from conceptual/square foot based estimates to detailed take-offs. Someone proficient with construction documents (plan and specifications). Need an agressive leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a staff. Prefer college graduate Knowledge of Timberline software Someone that has bid projects up to $25million Commercial, medical office buildings, schools, universities, Hard Bid and Conceptual Estimating
