Job Description:	CMI Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Chief Engineer to provide project management oversight and overall maintenance of the mechanical, fire / life safety, electrical, plumbing and hardware systems of a 600,000 square foot facility in Gulf Port, MS. Qualifications: Must be US citizen or permanent resident Alien. Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary. Must possess at least five (5) years of experience managing the operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings no less than 600,000 square feet. Universal CFC required and Electrical and/or HVAC certification preferred. Responsibilities include: ensuring that the overall appearance and operating condition of facility is maintained in a first class manner. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all maintenance activities, including routine cleaning and maintenance of property, inclusive of curtain wall, roof, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, windows, alley, loading areas, etc. Oversees maintenance of exterior lighting systems, elevator, and security systems. Supervises building staff and contractors in the operation and maintenance of all equipment, including central plant / chillers / boilers, electrical, plumbing, emergency power systems, energy management, general repairs, painting and drywall services, package units, pneumatic controls, water treatment, fire / life safety, and HVAC. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong verbal communications skills, organizational skills and will be committed to providing superior customer satisfaction. Experience in construction management and large hotel building operations background is a plus Education: High School Diploma
