Job Description:	This firm acts as the owner's rep on capital improvement projects. The individual performs a variety of tasks that oversee and coordinate construction management, safety, and food safety. Communicates directly with contractors concerning safety and sanitation, food safety, project staffing, scheduling, and ensures plans adhere to contract specifications. Prepares project safety reports and status. Familiar with field concepts, practices, procedures, OSHA regulations, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY, THE LENGTH OF TIME IN EACH LOCATION IS DEPENDENT UPON THE PROJECT. THE FIRM WILL COVER 2 TRIPS HOME EACH MONTH. MUST HAVES: Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent Two or more years experience in construction with a knowledge of aspects within the construction industry. Accelerated knowledge of safety (OSHA 30 hour certification) and cGMP practices (GMP training) Knowledgeable in managing resources, including schedules, people and materials, as well as safety management and documentation. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, customer relations, collaboration and analytical skills
