Job Description:	Estimator/Project Manager for Demolition Projects Needed. Rachel Contracting is a heavy/civil/specialty contractor based in the Northwest Minneapolis/St.Paul metro area. We perform a variety of civil construction projects including earthwork, demolition, environmental and utility work for public and private sector clients. Historically, our primary geographical region of focus has been the near Minnesota region, but recently we have expanded our focus to include the greater Milwaukee region. This position will work out of Rachel Contracting's Milwaukee office and cover existing and future projects around the Milwaukee and Greater Wisconsin region. The primary focus of this position will be to market, estimate and manage demolition & environmental project for both private and public clients. The client focus for this position will include local/regional general contractors, engineers/architects, developers, industrial/power companies and city/state/federal government municipalities. The ideal candidate will already have existing experience and relationships with these types of clients. This position will include assisting in the on-going marketing efforts of these types of clients. This position will also have some office coordination and potentially management responsibilities for the Milwaukee office. The daily responsibilities of this position will include performing take-offs, preparing estimates, project management, project cost accounting, marketing and managing client relations. Our organization is continually growing, and we are looking for an individual to help expand our presence in this region. Existing customer & client relationships would be particularly beneficial for this position. Position & Qualification Requirements: 5 or more years of similar earthwork experience, positive attitude, strong communications skills, strong computer skills, proven ability to mentor jr. staff, college degree (desired but not a requirement). Travel may be required.
