Job Description:	Mid-Sized Environmental/Construction Firm seeking full-time experienced project estimator. Must have experience estimating excavation, utilities, concrete, sitework, etc providing own take offs. Primary responsibilities consist of estimating all jobs/projects, negotiating pricing, networking with contractors in order to obtain subcontract work, provide pricing schedules, ability to read blue print specifications, etc. A minimum of 5 years experience estimating projects, have good computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, knowledge and AutoCAD and take off/digitizer software is a plus. Must have good communication and people skills. Excellent Pay and Benefits package available. Looking to fill position immediately.
