Job Description:	This position requires extensive knowledge in tenant improvement, ground up construction, and turnkey construction procedure. Fast food restaurant, gas station, and convenience store new construction and remodeling experience is a plus. Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be willing and able to meet the following job requirements: Applicants must have 5+ years as a Construction Estimator in commercial construction (retail construction, preferably). 3-5 references are requested for each candidate applying for this position. Applicant must be a proactive communicator with extensive estimating skills Applicant must have the ability to interpret project drawings and specifications Must demonstrate ability to value engineer projects for alternative materials and methods to identify potential cost savings Ability to assemble and manage an entire project estimate Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required Background in computer based estimating software (MC2 a plus) We offer top pay and attractive company benefits including: Paid vacation 6 company holidays Profit sharing program Project based bonus structure Health insurance Please provide a project and salary history with resume.
