Job Description:	Job Description : PM/Superintendent needed for Small Government Projects in various locations. Duties: Provide overall on-site project administration and technical management for U.S. Government construction projects ranging in size from $50K to $1.0 million. Coordination of all activities with the Project Manager. Schedule, coordinate, document and supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Maintain liaison with project Owner’s as well as local authorities having jurisdiction over project to ensure all building codes and inspections are complied with. Monitor work for safety and OSHA compliance. Successful candidate will be responsible for procuring, coordinating and managing daily activities for project implementation with assistance from Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Qualifications: Willingness to travel to assigned projects locations for onsite supervision and implementation for project completion. Prior construction experience in retail/commercial/medical project environment, excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills are required. Must be able to read, understand and coordinate project drawings for all design disciplines. Knowledge of OSHA Regulations is required with current OSHA Certificate. Proven history for construction of Governmental Agency projects Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods plus hands on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination required. Must be able to communicate through the use of internet access, email and digital photos and possess proficiency in using Microsoft Office software. Pay/Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience.
