Job Description:	Southern California-based Construction Management firm seeks professionals interested in advancing their careers with a strong, fast growing company that adheres to the highest performance and ethical standards. Projects located in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, and Santa Barbara, counties. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. Successful candidates will meet all of the following minimum criteria: · BS, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited university; · Demonstrated experience in Construction and/or Construction Management utilizing traditional Design-Bid-Build; Design/Build; Multiple Prime CM; Agency CM; Lease/Leaseback. · Experience on individual school construction projects and/or programs ranging from $2M-$500M · Experience on school construction projects (new or mod) s in California (K-12 and/or higher). · Experience working with California Division of State Architect (DSA), and local agencies. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Access/Visio/Power Point) · Intermediate (or greater) proficiency with Prolog Manager or Primavera (P3) · Possess valid California Driver’s License · Ability to provide evidence of legal right to work in the United States · Ability to complete company’s pre-employment screening process, which includes obtaining clearance from California Department of Justice All inquiries will remain strictly confidential.
