Job Description:	Century Concrete, a leading concrete contractor in the state of Virginia, is seeking an individual with at least five years experience in concrete estimating. Responsibilities will include: * Estimating all types of cast in place concrete work to include: structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt wall, paving, etc. * Generating technical proposals. * Assisting with bid reviews. * Reviewing customer contracts prior to execution to ensure that terms, conditions, inclusions, and exclusions are represented accurately. * Participating in pre-construction planning and post-job review meetings. * Assisting with compilation of historical data from purchase orders, productivity analyses, and job cost system for the development of unit cost, man-hour, and crew production rates relating to future bids. * Assisting in creation of pre-bid schedules, crew make-up, etc.
