Job Description:	Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: Expert knowledge and oversight experience (5-10 years) of design, construction and project management of health facilities and hospitals. Significant experience in the principles of design and construction risk management including financial issues, hazardous materials, and safety programs. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP preferred. Project Description: We are looking for a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager on contract basis to support capital construction projects on both new and existing Medical Office Buildings.
