Job Description:	Duties and Responsibilities PROJECT MANAGERS (OR/Developers) We are looking for at least 5 to 10 years experience managing Development and Entitlement, Pre-Design, Design, Preconstruction, New Construction, Close Out, Compliance, Budgeting, Accounting, Scheduling, Cost Analysis and Control for projects in Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, Municipal, and Federal Government. Qualifications Must be a Florida resident. Must have PM experience on large Commercial, Government, or Healthcare construction projects. (Over 20 million in scope) Must have OR experience on large Commercial, Government, or Healthcare construction projects. (Over 20 million in scope) Must have Real Estate Development experience with large projects. Must have high motivation and strong orientation to teamwork are essential.
