Job Description:	Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities: * Analyze incoming RFP for accurate or missing information * Communicate to RFP team specification questions and timeline requirements per RFP * Use Excel and other analytical tools to generate costs for RFP * Estimate price for combination orders or complex jobs Maintain accurate reports, logs, and filing systems. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma/GED; prefer associate or bachelor degree. * Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. * Accurate keyboard & typing skills for data & numerical entry. * Basic math skills including multiplication, addition, * subtraction, fractions, and decimals. * Ability to learn complex, detailed ERP systems * Prior experience in business forms and commercial print and familiarity with printing concepts and terms preferred but not required.
