Job Description:	Commercial Design-build General Contractor seeks Project Manager for mid-size commercial and industrial projects. Our portfolio includes Pre-Engineered Metal, Concrete Tilt-Up and Conventional Wood Framed Buildings with Tenant Improvements that complete the process. The Project Manager position requires an individual with a degree in Construction Management (or similar) plus 5 years experience as a Project Manager in commercial building construction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; * Sales, Estimating, and Project Management skills that allow you to oversee multiple projects on an annual basis. * Applicants must possess excellent communication, organizational, management and estimating skills.
