Job Description:	Responsibilities: Full on-site responsibility for completion of fast track project with task orders varying in size from $5 to US$50 Million. Task orders are Design/Build in nature and are predominantly administration buildings and housing construction and/or roads/runways. Minimum Requirements: * 10 to 20 years of experience, at least 5 overseas. * US government experience (preferably with the US Army Corps of Engineers). * Prior PM experience in areas of subcontract management, planning, resource allocation and contract administration. * Engineering degree. * Prior employment stability. * Strong communication and business development skills. * Prior experience with fiscal/budget responsibilities. * References.
