Job Description:	We are currently accepting resumes for a qualified Piping and Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team of skilled professionals. We are a full service mechanical contractor that encompasses the entire spectrum of new construction projects. We provide mechanical contracting services for residential homes, condominiums, resorts, light commercial projects, high-rise complexes, schools, and hospitals. In addition, we work on state, county and federal projects including military facilities. We are fortunate to be the largest mechanical contracting company in what is one of the most beautiful and unique places in the world. We face many unique circumstances, from multiple projects on various islands to bulk material procurement. All of these variables contribute to an interesting and challenging work environment. Qualifications: Drug-free Proven track record of successful Piping and Plumbing experience Extensive knowledge of the industry. Efficient, results oriented, resilient, flexible and goal oriented Strong sense of urgency Well organized and able to multi-task Possess strong self-management skills Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities Able to read blueprints Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
