Job Description:	Job Requirements: This position reports to the project manager and requires a minimum of 20 years construction experience in commercial projects. Candidate must also have: * Substantial exposure with project safety management, scheduling and building systems and materials is absolutely required. * Experience in constructability and quality control document reviews. * OSHA certification * Personal skills in interaction with architects, users and school authorities. * Proven team leadership.
