Job Description:	Nationwide contracting company seeks a Construction Manager/Estimator with strong management in industrial insulation, asbestos and lead abatement, and maintenance projects for its industrial customers in the Denver, CO area. The Construction Manager/Estimator must have experienced with encapsulation, enclosure and various asbestos removal methods as well as complete insulation replacement capabilities. This manager will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the projects such as invoicing, coordinating and acquiring of materials, meeting with the customers, and managing onsite foreman and crews. This position will be working within industrial power plants supporting maintenance and turn-around contracts and requires some industrial mechanical applications for: -Piping/Ductwork/Breaching -Tanks/Vessels -Boilers -Precipitators/ Baghouses Experience working within a power plant is a must. Should also have experience working within a union environment. Local knowledge of the Denver, CO industrial market a plus. Must have a strong knowledge of the MIKE system.
