Job Description:	JOB PURPOSE: Ensuring Holiday Communities in your area are properly maintained for efficient and safe operation; training Community staff to operate self-sufficient maintenance programs in your assigned region as directed by the VP of Maintenance, Project Manager and Divisional Maintenance Manager. Qualifications * Minimum five years experience in all phases of facilities maintenance and building construction. * Ability to train, to perform, and supervise preventative maintenance on various mechanical equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems. * Must have a good working knowledge of building electrical systems, plumbing systems, emergency generators, commercial hot water heaters, and life safety systems. * Ability to coordinate emergency building repairs at Holiday Communities in your assigned region. * Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
