Job Description:	Essential functions and responsibilities: • Perform all work functions specified in The Statement of Work for any particular contract. • Monitor HVAC systems and operations. Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with • established schedules. • Ability to interpret blueprints and evaluate code compliance involving electrical installations, • modifications, and HVAC maintenance. • Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, writing, fans, pumps, • compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other components of the system. • Order new HVAC parts, supplies and equipment. • Responsible for locating and adjusting defects in HVAC systems. • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. • Monitor UPS Units. • Perform general maintenance, as needed. Required qualifications: • HS diploma or GED. • Minimum 1-3 years of HVAC repair/maintenance experience. • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas and handbooks. • Ability to use various testing devices related to the electrical and mechanical trades. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment. • Must have a current valid driver’s license. • Must have a current license for the appropriate trade.
Company Description:	We are a dynamic, growing Commercial Real Estate Investment Company in Orange County, CA and we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Vice President of Asset Management. This is an Executive level position responsible for overseeing assigned Asset Managers and the activities relating to their portfolios. This position is also responsible for the overall management of real estate assets located throughout the country, which includes planning, leasing, financial analyses, and investor reporting for each asset in the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with tenant-in-common (TIC) programs, with some exposure to REITs and joint ventures.
