Job Description:	Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining electrical systems and equipment. Essential Job Duties: • Performs assignments in the layout, installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of a wide variety of complex electrical equipment such as automatic controls, emergency generators, switchboards, transfer switches, lighting systems, fire alarms and smoke detection systems. • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical problems with a wide variety of electrical equipment, replacing defective parts, reassembles effected equipment and tests for proper operation and safety. • Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled or required on all types of electrical equipment as recommended by the manufacturer and on site safety programs. • Maintains necessary work records including equipment records, logs, and time sheets. • Insures that all work meets prescribed standards of quality and insures compliance with all laws, safety procedures, policies and codes • Detects and reports to the Supervisor any unusual conditions, defective materials, faulty equipment, and equipment operating or installed incorrectly. • Assists other maintenance personnel on projects as directed. Other Job Functions: • May assist in site snow removal from walkways and entrances. Skills, Education And Experience: • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). • Minimum 3 to 5 years of electrical experience. • Ability to read and comprehend complicated blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas, and handbooks. • Ability to use various testing devices related to the electrical and mechanical trades. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment. • Must have a current valid driver’s license. • Must have a current license for the appropriate trade.
Company Description:	We are a dynamic, growing Commercial Real Estate Investment Company in Orange County, CA and we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Vice President of Asset Management. This is an Executive level position responsible for overseeing assigned Asset Managers and the activities relating to their portfolios. This position is also responsible for the overall management of real estate assets located throughout the country, which includes planning, leasing, financial analyses, and investor reporting for each asset in the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with tenant-in-common (TIC) programs, with some exposure to REITs and joint ventures.
