Job Description:	Performs skilled work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six (6) years job related experience. Must have an advanced knowledge of and ability to use the Uniform Plumbing Code book and be skilled in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of plumbing systems. May be required to work after regular hours and on weekends in instances of emergency. Two-year residential plumber license card. Experience with HVAC (and certification), high-rise buildings, and soldering large-capacity pipes strongly preferred.By applying to this position, you may also be considered for other local openings at nearby properties that may be available.
