Job Description:	Interstates Control Systems is expanding Our Services in Cincinnati, Ohio! Interstates Controls Systems is currently seeking experienced a Business Development professional to build long term, mutually beneficial business relationships and secure signed contracts. The primary focus of this position will be to develop prospects and clients in the Cincinnati, OH area that can provide the desired backlog and growth for Interstates Control Systems. We expect this person to develop relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, building owners, industrial clients and general contractors. Our leading edge services proved exciting career opportunities for Business Development professionals. Primary Responsibilities will include:  Managing key account efforts while being the client's trusted advisor, including completing client needs assessments, goal setting and overall project planning.  Assess potential clients needs for our services and diagnose a prospect's business and technical challenges  Build long term, mutually beneficial business relationships and client networks  Represent client and project opportunities at various meetings  Assist in developing and presenting proposals to clients  Communicate with team members and clients, leading the effort to secure signed contracts Great people for this position will have:  BS degree in Business Administration or Computer Science  Business Development experience  5+ years of Project Management skills  Leadership experience in a technical/programming environment Interstates Control Systems is a Certified CSIA Integrator Since 2003.
