Job Description:	Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be a proven leader with a strong Industrial Maintenance background and capable of implementing company required processes and procedures. Must be a strong disciplinarian. Must be a leader in safety and quality. Ability to manage Internal and external customers. Develop, train, and supervise maintenance personnel. Fully utilize CMMS system to insure plant performance and safety. Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc. Enforces the safety program for the department. Works well with diverse group. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills. MS Products, SAP, Outlook, Lotus Notes and CMMS. SAP & scheduling experience a strong benefit. Minimum Education and Experience College degree in mechanical and/or electrical preferred. Certificate in Project Management a benefit. Direct supervisory experience
