Job Description:	The Project Manager Polyolefins, who will be reporting to the Project Director Olefins & Derivatives, will be responsible to manage all aspects of the Polypropylene and Polythylene Project. Essential Skills / Requirements: · Engineering Degree. · Minimum 10 years experience as Project Manager of large EPC projects (> 500 million USD), and shall have experience on Polyolefin Projects. · Consolidated experience of Projects implemented in the GCC Countries · Good attitude to manage and motivate a Team · Good negotiating and presentation skills · Availability to relocate for long periods. · Fluent English Duties: · Manage Process Design Package performed by Licensor · Coordinate Bidding and then execution of FEED by the selected FEED Contractor · Manage all phases of the EPC bidding up to EPC Contractor selection · Manage EPC execution until ready for start-up and steady operation, in consistency with the defined Project Targets in terms of Safety, Quality, Budget and Schedule and Plant Operability.
