With MOCA experiencing steady growth, we are actively seeking a Project Manager to augment an existing project team and become the Project Manager of a scheduling team supporting transitional BRAC logistics moves. Interested candidates should have a thorough understanding of critical path scheduling techniques and earned value principles, to develop and maintain project schedules and integrated master schedules. The successful candidate(s) will support and augment the existing project team in the development of schedules and budgets using standard cost and scheduling applications, and will be afforded the opportunity to assume leadership responsibilities as we build out our presence in the region. Qualities you will have if you are a great candidate: Required · Four-year college degree (B.S.) · 7+ years of experience in the design, construction, or consulting industry · Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel A Plus · 3+ years of Primavera scheduling experience · CCE, CCC, CVS, PMP, PE, or CCM certification · Experience working on DoD managed construction or logistics programs Working in support of the Team Program Management Office (PMO) for the BRAC relocation of various DoD directorates, the successful candidate will be instrumental in providing integrated schedule management capabilities to the PMO, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management, organizational master move schedules and detailed laboratory move schedules.
