Job Description:	Job description The Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. Profile • Review of shop drawings o Technical evaluation, pressure equalized curtain wall system o Review / compare to curtain wall Construction Design and point out differences o Review / compare to Construction design for the buildings and point out any conflicts • Review of engineering reports and calculations • Review of thermal reports • Review of material submittals • Review and evaluation of implication from RFIs • Review of test and inspection programs versus technical specifications and industry standards • Review and evaluate test reports and results from tests and inspections • Propose areas for early field verifications of critical dimensions • Evaluate shop drawings dimensions versus dimensions from field verifications • Feasibility studies of method statements for installations • Review trade contractor’s quality plans for adherence to technical specifications and industry standard
