Job Description:	Role Purpose/Accountabilities • Plan and coordinate the capital program for Seeds in NAFTA, ensuring that the procedures are followed in a responsible and ethical manner. Support and challenge all aspects of the preparation of capital proposals, ensure regional leadership support, and interface with the global capital team to achieve smooth and timely submissions/approvals. • Support projects being managed by others by the timely application of technical and/or project management best practice at key points in the project process. • Manage capital projects ensuring the timely implementation of new or improved assets consistent with rapidly changing business requirements and within agreed cost and safety parameters.
