Job Description:	Construction management staff needed for one year assignment in Hawaii, serving on Veterans Administration health care facility projects throughout Hawaii. May include projects in Guam, American Samoa, and other neighbor islands. Health care project experience preferred. Senior Project Engineer - with over 10 years of technical and supervisory experience in engineering related type projects. Generally responsible for conducting the techncial assignments of a project or task order with sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Capable of independent judgments on the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Requires BS in engineering or equivalent and registration. Project Engineer - 5 years of technical experience and professional training in engineering related projects. Rsponsible for performing the engineering work of increasing difficulty and responsibiity under general supervision. Capable of application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria utilizing previous experience and independent judgment. Requires BS in engineering or equivalent. Field Inspector - 5 years of inspection experience. Responsible for onsite observation of all construction activities, means and methods to ensure project is built to design standards and all applicable rules and regulations. Requires high school diploma with technical training and experience in construction procedures.
