Job Description:	Priefert Complex Designs, located in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. The position will manage multiple construction projects in various locations including: oversee submitting RFI’s, negotiate contracts, and review project status and quality. Requirements • Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. • Coordinate all phases of fabrication including design, pricing, submittal and shipping • Oversee submittal process including fabrication drawings, RFI’s, payment applications, and close out documents. • Work with all levels of project personnel including: owners, managers, design professionals, and employees, to resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports and cost tracking. • Participate in contract negotiations and/or revisions with customers, sub-contractors, and others. • Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. • Participate in and coordinate bidding process and serve as the primary contact with customers. • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with customer requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations • Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of projects. • Travel to customers / construction sites for extended periods. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, structures, or systems. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination, production methods. • Ability to provide customer service including: needs assessment, meeting customer expectations, and evaluating customer satisfaction. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles • Knowledge of general safety requirements. • Knowledge of project management software. • Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas in oral or written form. • Familiarity with standard AIA documents. • Bachelors in Construction or Engineering Management is desired Benefits Include: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Vacation * Sick Pay
