Job Description:	Seeking Lead Estimator to grow with prominent DC/Metro Commercial Paint & Wallcovering Contractor. Requirements * Demonstrates complete understanding and interpretation while reviewing Architectural bid documents, specifications, or bid forms * Performs meticulous quantity surveys and pricing of all components of labor, materials and equipment related to our scope of work * Demonstrate proficiency in preparation of accurate detailed estimates using appropriate software and other tools * Manage stress and obtain deadlines while dealing with a continuously changing schedule * Acquires any information needed from others (Owners, Project Mangers, Vendors, etc.) to prepare complete bid proposals free from scope
