Job Description:	Assistant Human Resources Director Wanzek Construction, A MasTec Company, has an immediate opening within our Human Resources Department for an Assistant Human Resources Director. This position reports directly to the Director of HR, and under minimal direction will assist with a wide variety of professional and technical duties within the HR department, including; recruitment/selection, classification, compensation, training, employee benefit programs, employee relations, and to assume responsibility for all HR related functions in the absence of Director. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and enjoy working as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency mandatory. A four year degree in relatable field is required, masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience also required. PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
