Job Description: Cost Estimator for established commercial general contractor.

Qualified candidates shall possess at least five years experience directly related to commercial construction estimating practices. Candidates should be able to perform quantity take-offs from the conceptual stage through completion. Federal Government contracting & means estimating experience a plus.
