Job Description:	Blue Dot Services of Maryland has an outstanding opportunity for a HVAC Estimator for our Commercial New Construction Division. This position requires the skills of an experienced HVAC Estimator with at least 10 years of commercial estimating experience. The successful candidate will be a hard-working professional who is conceptual and detail oriented . Exceptional communication and organizational skills are critical to your success. Experience in Maxwell/Estimation estimating software is preferred. Basic Qualifications: 10 years proven experience in HVAC estimating 5 years of Project Management experience/Design Build experience 2 years Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) experience in a business environment Valid driver's license Proven customer service & interface skills Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills.
