Job Description:	Our client in Cary is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. This is a 10 month contract position. Commercial construction project management expereince is required. Interested applicants must submit a cover letter highlighting their commerical construction expereince. Responsibilities: * Manage all levels of approved corporate constructions projects * Manage Budget and resources allocated to each project * Efficiently manage projects so deliverables are met on time Job Requirements Required Skills: * Minimum 5 years experience in project/construction management. * 5 years os experience managing constructions budgets, schedules, codes, means and methods * Experience with commercial construction building code
