Job Description:	OTAK Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Cost Estimator to support a General Contracting firm in NE FL. The cost estimator will use cost estimating software such as RS Means and Quest to produce detailed cost estimates for Federal, Municiple, State and Commercial construction projects. Cost Estimator candidates must have at least four years of experience performing detailed cost estimation for the above referenced project types. A well-qualified Cost Estimator will meet ALL of the following qualifications: - Minimum of four years experience performing detailed cost estimations (conceptual estimation experience cannot be considered) - Experience using cost estimation software such as RS Means and Quest - Excellent knowledge of all construction phases or specialization in one or more of the following: architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, change orders - Experience supporting federal projects and agencies including State, DOD, DHS, Commerce, etc.
