Job Description:	Construction general contractor seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator. Must be able to show strong abilities with all three kinds of major heavy equipment: dozers, graders and excavators, and must be able to hold a grade operating all three. Successful applicant must have working knowledge of grades and elevations, and Must have no less than two years' DOT highway experience. Must be a strong self-starter with the ability to meet objectives and take responsibility for meeting objectives. Construction Foreman. Successful applicant must be a team player and strong self-starter with the ability to meet objectives. Must have experience with both grading and storm operations, have the ability to show leadership, take responsibility for meeting goals, and work with project management to meet and exceed overall project objectives.
