Job Description:	Edgewater is seeking a Construction Manager for an assignment in Aiken, SC. Required education and experience are as follows: * Bachelor's degree in an engineering or environmental discipline and at least 6-10 years combined engineering/project management experience and at least 5 years personnel management experience * Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods of multiple engineering disciplines including design and construction in addition to business disciplines such as procurement, planning, scheduling, cost/budget control. * Requires considerable knowledge of DOE Orders and Regulations as well as industry codes and standards with emphasis National Environmental Policy Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, and Compensation and Liability Act. * Clear understanding of work hazards, safety programs, environmental law, legal and business concepts is mandatory. A security clearance is not initially required; however, candidate must be capable of obtaining an L or Q clearance if required to perform assigned duties.
