Excellent relocation package and benefits including, merit based bonus, spot bonus, 401K, medical, etc. FUNCTIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Lead the Inspection Department focus on plant safety, environmental and reliability excellence. Develop capability among inspection personnel through active coaching and mentoring. Manage the on-stream inspection programs for piping, vessels, exchangers, tanks, heater, and relief devices. Maintain relations with the Texas State Boiler Inspector and the site's owner-user Inspection Agency status. Lead implementation of Mechanical Integrity Program as related to Fixed Equipment Inspection. Develop repair scopes that increase equipment life cycle value and maintain integrity. Develop and review turnaround/shutdown work lists for fixed equipment. Manage the QA/QC activities on new construction and repair projects. Lead implementation and sustainability of the Risk Based Inspection Program. Support Root Cause Failure Analysis effort within Fixed Reliability to improve system reliability and prevent recurrence. Assist with training appropriate personnel on Mechanical Integrity and On-Stream Inspection Programs. SPECIALIZED SKILLS: · A High School diploma, GED or Associates Degree minimum · API510 Certification, API570 Certification, and/or API653 Certification · 5 years plant inspection experience.
