Job Description:	Because of anticipated projects, Gilbane, the nation's sixth largest construction manager is soliciting resumes from candidates interested in future employment opportunities as a Senior Project Manager (healthcare/hospitals). Profile: Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers. Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience on $100 million+ healthcare/hospital construction projects in a Senior Project Manager role. Knowledge of Prolog, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Excel and Word preferable. Responsibilities: Jobsite responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.; work in a team environment with other Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents. Education Requirement: The successful candidate should be a BS or MS [Engineering / Construction Management preferred] graduate.
